Typically, classes use pte #s only when the enrollment capacity.

To obtain pte numbers, login.
Webpte is the special code number assigned by the course instructor or department that allows students to add a particular impacted or restricted course to their schedule.
A pte number is issued at the discretion of the instructor or department.
Webstudents are assigned appointment times by the registrar’s office.
