Hi we have a developer license on 5 sites, and the plugin is updating fine on (4) of the sites. We had one of the licenses in a development area and recently moved it to root. So, we did a license reset with you a couple of days ago. However we still get the following error, even after following the license reset procedure:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

Hi Axel,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key for your site. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
