I have a valid license code connected to my website, yet I am receiving these error messages: You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Social but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. How can I resolve the problem? Thank you! |

| January 8, 2014 at 9:17 am Hi Donna, You license key has been reset. If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove your license key from the settings (cut) save the options, replace the key (paste) and save the options once more that should resolve the issues :) |
