(The previous comment regarding this was closed to replies…hence a new one).

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

In my account, it shows the correct domain, site key is on site, etc. Still getting the above message.

Hi there,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

Let us know if you have any issues.

Thanks Jonathan, but I’m still getting the same error. Would you mind taking a look:

Still same error, despite my account showing that the key has not been activated.
“There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. You can locate your license key from your account on the Event Espresso website.”

[Site note: would be nice to be able to edit posts, for example in the event login details are posted].

Hi there,

Posts are editable within a timeframe. Can you check those credentials you sent? None of them work.
