When I press on Manage Locales/Regions in the new venue creation page, I receive a message that I do not have sufficient permissions to access that page
Hi, Are you logged in as an administrator or a user with another role? Have you cleared your browser cache?
Hi Dean, Yup, I’m logged in as Administrator, I’m currently setting up that site for my client and I still haven’t created any users yet.
OK, Back to basics: Have you cleared your browser cache? Have you tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso and the 2 Roles and permissions to see if they work? What version of Event Espresso, Roles and Permissions Basic and Roles and Permissions Pro are installed?

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.
Sent, thank you | |
Hi, OK, that made the issue clear. You do not have Roles and Permissions Pro installed (available with the Developer licence or purchased separately). As such it is trying to find a page that doesn’t exist. I will raise a ticket to remove that link if Roles and Permissions Pro isn’t available.
Hi Dean, This is a 3 days event with multiple locations, does this mean that I can only add only 1 location with the current plugin?
Hi, Yes, you can only add one location per event via the Venue Manager dropdown, regardless of the Roles and Permissions add on. However, what you could do is use a shortcode. So create 3 venues in the Venue Manager and add the following shortcode 3 times to your event description changing the ID as necessary [ESPRESSO_VENUE id=”1″]
Thank you for your time and support
