Hello, we just added the plugin and it is working very well. We just have some issues that might be easy to solve!
When we change the Personal question Fields ,although we use Greek text ,it shows OK on our Site. When we fill the form though and export it to XL ,every Greek word is changed to Symbols! Is this something that can be fixed? For eg. Can we change something /add Codepage for Greek language to Mysql??
Also How do we enable Recurring events ,since we have planned an event that we want to repeat every day for a month. Is there a way to copy it? Make a template ??
In Excel, you will need to open the file in Unicode (UTF-8) format. In Excel 2010 you can do this by opening the file from inside Excel (File, Open) and in the pop up that appears, change the File Origin to Unicode UTF-8 http://d.pr/i/F9sQ
Recurring events requires the Recurring Events Manager to be installed and active. Once it is create a new event and there is an option below the event dates and times to change the event into a recurring event. Selecting yes here will provide more options. http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/recurring-events-manager/
