I have installed the WP Integration Plugin, and now my registrations won’t get past the initial registration form. See the following example (ignore the format, it needs cleaning up):

http://www.life-cycle.org.au/test/

It appears to be a 500 error, which I fear is occurring due to n associated php file. Any idea which file it could possibly be? I’ve tried renaming my uploads directory so that templates are not called up.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Can you post a link to the plugin page for WP Integration? We can’t guarantee compatibility across all third-party plugins, but right now I’m not even sure what plugin you’re having a conflict with because I can’t find any plugins called WP Integration.

Hello John,

The WP User Integration tool is used to allow logged in members discounted rates and the ability for forms to be pre-filled. It does not function as a registration or login system.

That being said, it being active should not cause a 500 error. Have you tested the event registration process with the plugin deactivated? Is the 500 error still appearing?

I did a few tests and only got 1 or 2 500 errors, on other tries it went through fine, which suggests its more likely a server issue.

What other plugins have you got running? If you go to Event Espresso > System Status and press the generate report button you can coy and paste the results here.

Dean,

I deactivated EventEspresso Permissions and it started working again. Weird.

That is strange, i will do some testing locally, but again I cannot see the R+P plugin causing a 500 error.

Please keep us updated if it reoccurs.
