I am setting up a site for a tour company that is providing tours in NYC. The setup/signup would be as follows:
We would specify the days and times that tours are available. It will be most days/times every week.
People can sign up individually or in a group
People can sign up for 1 – 3 hours
Prices vary depending on the number of people (individuals are x per person, groups x-10% per person, per hour)
We want people to be able to see that a particular time slot is taken or available prior to registering.
When registering people have to fill out a questionnaire and agree to a waiver
We will take credit cards on the site via Paypal Advanced
Some customers will be signing up outside of the US
We’ll be using WPML to translate the site.
You will need the Multiple Event Registration add-on, and possibly the Recurring Events Manager. These are both included in the Business License package.
We have an add-on called Volume Discounts. It is in Beta at this time, but it allows for discounts on multiple ticket purchases. You may need this if you are wanting to offer discounts on groups.
Oh. I forgot about the translations. Although Event Espresso has been translated in over 15 languages, we don’t currently have integration with WPML.
