WorldPay is giving the following error reasons after I added the Installation ID from WorldPay:

Installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters;
A different submission protocol is required. For example, a secure submission may be required;
The installation number is invalid.

has anyone been able to integrate WorldPay into Espresso successfully? Please your help will be invaluable.

Thanks in advance.

We don’t keep stats on exactly how many sites are using the WorldPay gateway, but there are a number of sites out there that are actively using it.

The errors that you are seeing indicate that the Installation ID you entered in Event Espresso>Payment settings is invalid. You can get you installation ID by logging into your WorldPay account and clicking on the Installations menu item.

When I login, I see two Installation IDs, One has WorldAccess and The other the company name. I have used both but nothing is working.

Do people who use PayPal experience these problems?

Hi Douglas,

Can you check with WorldPay support to verify the correct installation ID?

PayPal users experience other issues, and if they enter in the wrong ID they experience the same issue.
