A little confused. I’ve added half a dozen events to my site over the last few days, and have been using group registrations on all of them. This has been producing a ‘Number of Tickets’ (which we’ve changed to ‘Number of Teams’) with a dropdown on my event registration pages.
I’ve gone to add some events today, and that is now gone, and instead there is a ‘Add More Attendees, Click to Toggle’ button, which does nothing.
What I’d like to know is how to get rid of the ‘Click to Toggle’ button entirely, I want to keep the ‘Number of Tickets’ with a dropdown box. I’ve made sure old events and new events have got the exact same details entered, so I am positive I am doing nothing wrong.
You can see how it did look (and the way I want it to remain) here: http://westdevonschoolsport.co.uk/event-registration/?ee=8
And how it looks now, here: http://westdevonschoolsport.co.uk/event-registration/?ee=16
If it helps, I’ve noticed that when I edit one of the events which are still displaying the ‘old’ Dropdown Number of Tickets, then go back to see the event you’ve just edited, the dropdown is gone and is replaced with the ‘Click to Toggle’.
Again Im really not keen on the ‘Click to Toggle’, Id much prefer a permanent dropdown be there, as it was before.
It might be relevant that I updated my theme files yesterday to the new release. If this was the cause, could someone tell me how I can either downgrade, or make modifications to the new theme files to get the old dropdowns back?
Glad you got it sorted, and thanks for helping out Tony!
