I have setup the event pricing and surcharge, but where do I setup the ability to pay online for parking? Thank you.

We don’t have a “Pay for Parking feature” per-se. But I’d use the Multiple Event Registration addon (http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/espresso-multiple/) as a separate event so they can add it to their cart and buy the event and parking at once if you want.
