We finished our event last week… I took a week off to decompress and have a mini vacation and went back to our “event overview” to modify/extend the dates of one event so that one our customers could pay for additional participants (I also wanted to download a CSV of all of our data) and to my shock/horror/surprise… all of our event are GONE!!!!

What happened to the events AND our data?!!

Please help!

I just went back to our website to see what the site says for all of our registration options and it says: “No events available…”

Hi Jacob,

It’s likely that nothing happened to the data. After an event has happened its status changes. Due to popular demand the event overview in Event Espresso 3 does not by default display events that are finished. You can view the past events by changing the status filter. Here’s a screenshot that outlines the select box and button that makes that happen.
