Hi guys:

I may be going crazy, but can someone tell me where to find the PO Numbers after someone has registered by PO? I need to verify and can;t find them anywhere?

Bill

In the payment details page in the admin for that attendee, look under “Transaction Type:”. It should have “P.O. – ” followed by the po number that the attendee entered.

Hi Bill,

I followed up with you about the PO number issue:

Hi Josh:

When I receive Purchase Orders in the mail, how do you suggest I go about entering them now? I looked for the field in the Payment Details and couldn’t it.

Bill

Hi Bill,
There isn’t a separate field for PO numbers. They go in the Transaction Type field. They are just prefixed with the ‘P.O.-‘ to let you know that they are purchase order numbers.
