If i update an event’s time and date after attendee’s have already registered, the event info on their attendee record and event ticket is not updated.
However if i click on an attendee’s profile (under attendee list) and select the ‘update record’ option, only the time of the event is updated, not the date? I.e. i can update the time of an event and the change will be reflected (if i update the attendee’s record), however i cannot change the date of the event.
1) Is it possible to change the date of an event, once attendee’s have registered?
2) If #1 is possible, is there a bulk update option, to update all attendee’s records?
How would you like to see it get updated in the case where the event date gets changed? Automatically, where all the attendee records get changed -or- manually where there’s a button that can be clicked to update existing registrations for the one event time/date that was changed?
Thank you for your input. It is not likely that this fix will be in the next update, which is due out very soon. I will add your input to the ticket.
