When an event has a attendee limit, user registers without paying, it counts!

Hi there,

If a user registers and doesn’t complete payment, then surely the attendee limit should not be affected.

I don’t want 10 people signing up and using up the limit.

Any way around this?

Yes. There’s an option to set the default payment status to incomplete in Event Espresso>General Settings. When a registration’s payment status is incomplete it doesn’t count toward the attendee limit.
