Someone purchased two tickets but they only received one ticket for her and her guest. The ticket also does not say how many attendees the ticket is good for. I’m wondering what the proper procedure is for dealing with this.

Hi Noah,

How have you go the event set up? If the event does not request details from the additional attendess (minimum name and email) then they will not get sent anything.

The ticket quantity issue was resolved in a version higher than yours so updating Event Espresso will resolve that for you.
