| November 20, 2013 at 3:01 pm If a person is already subscribed to a list what happens when they signup to an event that is posting to that list? For example: If I have two December events and that are connected to the December Event email list and a person signs up for Event A and confirms their subscription to the December Event Email List what happens when they sign up for Event B that is connected to the same December Event Email List? | November 21, 2013 at 12:25 am Hi, What should happen is that Mailchimp will recognise that the email address is already on the list and not add them. No opt-in email should be sent out to the customer either. |
