Hi,

There appears to be some weird math going on in the “Add Attendee” feature of an event.

I fill everything out and click “Amount Paid” and then “Number of Tickets”.

Now wouldn’t “Amount Paid” imply the entire amount they actually paid?

If I put in $30 for 3 tickets.. but then click on the attendee…under “Attendee Ticket Fees”, it now shows that $90.00 was the total amount paid and that each ticket was $30.00

Based on the input you’re asking for “Amount Paid” – shouldn’t it work the other way? Take the amount paid and divide in the number of tickets for the per ticket price?

OR – is there a way to fix the language on “Amount Paid” to say “Amount Paid PER TICKET”?

I’m afraid our staff will get quite confused (unless I’m the one doing something wrong).

Thanks,
Chris :)

Hi Chris,

It sounds as though it is working as designed. If you would like to change the text to be a little more detailed, you can do that by following the instructions here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/
