I just sent an email to the support department but the auto-responder suggested I also post here, and since time if of the essence…

I attempted to purchase a second license for another website today and the result was that I simply extended my current license. How can I go about moving that credit and receiving my new/second key?

Someone from the sales team can help you with this. Please contact them directly via the “Sales/Billing Question” form on this page

Thanks, Josh. I did send them an email as well but their auto-reply suggests posting in the forum as well. Hoping to hear back quickly.
