I need to add a link on the registration page for participants to download a waiver form to sign and return at the time of the event. Is there a way to do this as a question? I’m thinking of perhaps a checkbox that says “I have downloaded the WAIVER AGREEMENT, and will sign and return it at the time of the event”, but how do I add a link to the file? Also, is there a way to add an attachment to the confirmation email so they have another opportunity to download it from there?

Hi Mike,

You can upload the waiver as a media file (PDF format works for most folks). Then WP will give you a file link that can be added to the confirmation email and/or the registration page so it can be downloaded.

The you can add your waiver message to the registration form by using this guide:
