Hi, a quick question regarding Secondary (“Waitlist”) event feature – upon the primary event reaching the capacity, rather than the end user being directed to the page that says:

We are sorry but this event has reached the maximum number of attendees!
Please check back in the event someone cancels.
Current Number of Attendees: 20

Can the end user be directed straight to the secondary (waitlist) event to register for the second event? Thanks

Hi Robert,

That’s what should happen once the event hits capacity. Have you followed the steps in the Waitlist event documentation?
