(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Wait List problem | Event Espresso - Staging Server
I have set up a test event and a test wait list event. I made sure the wait list event is set correctly as a wait list event in the advanced options. I selected it as the overflow event for the main test event. When I add two attendees – the maximum allowed – I get the message it is full and the check back, but not the sign up for the wait list option. I thought it might be that I was using a category list short code, but it doesn’t matter where I access the event, I don’t get the wait list option. I also made sure it is not a recurring event to see if that is the problem. Am I missing something?
I have put in two registrations and you can see it says it’s full but doesn’t give the wait list link. I have a wait list event with status as wait list and it is selected as the overflow event for the mail training. If you need any other info or access, let me know.
Sorry I didn’t respond to your help sooner. Here is how the event registration page looks when the even is full. I could certainly put in a link as a get around, but it seems weird to me.
check your /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory to see if there are any files in there. It’s possible you’ve got some old templates that don’t support the waitlist functionality, especially if you’ve been using Event Espresso for a while.
I think it was my mistake. I selected the waitlist event, but missed the yes no drop down. Will test it again. Thanks.
