I’m having an issue using the Volume Discount and Multiple Event Registration plugin.
The issue:
When a user goes to purchase a event and they initially specify the quantity of attendees on the first screen there is no problem. However when they initially register as 1 attendee and click on the call to action at the bottom of the page and add another attendee the discount is not applied.
It sounds like they’re registering through the single event registration form (instead of the Multi Event Registration cart) Currently the Multi Event Registration cart is the only way to apply Volume discounts.
Please see this guide for information on how to use an ‘Add to Cart’ link instead of the default registration form.
Thanks for the quick reply Josh. I am fine with defaulting all registrations through the multi event registration cart.
If I disable the registration form, the buttons default to (View Details) or (Add To Cart). Is there a way to eliminate the view details option so there is only one choice (Add To Cart)?
One way would be to hide it with CSS, the other would be to alter the registration_page_display.php template so that it does not display the View Details link.
