I have a developer’s license with 1 support token remaining (unused since purchase).
When I try to access and use the token it says that I need to purchase a token.
I really need to access support for a problem I have with validating required questions. Simply put, the required questions are just being ignored and the submit goes straight through despite the required questions being blank.
I have checked the wpfooter() is in place, I have disabled plugins, I don’t really know how to check for JS errors. Nothing seems to be showing me what the problem is.
The validation worked when I checked it on very early sites with EE so I have to think it is to do with a recent upgrade to WP, EE or the drag and drop theme HeadwayThemes.
Any contact support could make with me, or any advice anyone could give is appreciated.
I am using the latest version of WP, HeadwayThemes, EE and the permissions pro plugin.
This looks like you’re using one of the registration form shortcodes. We fixed a validation script issue for those in Event Espresso 3.1.35.1.P, which is available as an update now.
