Hello. I have read all the posts I could find with no solution to this one!

I managed to get the registration right by disabling Jetpack and all other plugins.

When I get the Registration confirmation email and click on the “View Payment details” it takes me to this page http://brandlove.co.za/thank-you-2/?r_id=3-50ef1d2b7e1cc

This is the page that I originally got when I registered

I dont know where else to look?

Does it generate a Page id every time I send an email?

I would still like to know why the first one is not working?

Hi Chantel,

The r_id number is the attendees individual number so it only changes when you change attendee, not on an email basis. The only thing I can think why the first one doesnt work is that the attendee was deleted.
