All of my events are set up correctly, as far as I know, but after the user fills out the name in info page and hits “Submit” the confirm registration page defaults the name and price to blank and the page won’t submit from there, just re-circles back to same page with same error. Here’s the test event I made to check it with full payment: http://www.cloudhandstaichi.net/?page_id=81®event_action=register&event_id=16 If you fill out info and submit, you’ll see the problem. Does this maybe have to do with the message I have in the dashboard that says “Event Espresso attendee data needs to be updated. Please visit the Support page to configure update the attendee information.” Which I can’t do because of the license key problem? (am waiting on my reset). Or is it something else?

Both of these issues (the problem with the confirmation page and the attendee data needing to be updated) are from having older templates from a prior version in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. If you go to the Event Espresso>Template settings page, there will be a button that will rename the /templates directory so the new version’s templates will not be overridden by the older templates.
With the license key issue: We can try resetting the key for your site. I’ll reset that right now, and what you can do next is go to Event Espresso>General settings on your site and remove the key there are save. Then you can go to your account page and copy then paste the key from the account page into the key field in Event Espresso>General Settings, then save again.
The key will not get sent via email. It’s on your account page. Please note that it will need to be reset on your end: You’ll need to clear the key entry that’s on the Event Espresso>General Setting page, then save, then enter the key and save.
