Hello,

We’ve purchased EE to setup ticket and campsite purchases for a music festival. I think we are going to be able to work up the Seating Chart functionality to select campsites. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience configuring EE in such a way that ticket sales are a little less event registration like. In particular purchasing multiple tickets seems a bit weird. I appreciate any advice anyone has. Thanks!

So I think one thing that would improve things is if the list of forms would not come up for each attendee when selecting multiple tickets. There is a setting for “Additional Attendee Registration info?” However when I set it to “No info required” and update the event it does not stick. It always pops back to “Full registration information”. Any tips on getting that turned off?

Hi Dan,

Regarding the first query, 4.0 is being designed to make the registration process more streamlined.

Regarding the “no info required”, if you have a seating chart enabled on the event it will not allow anonymous tickets as the seats must be allocated to an attendee.
