Just wondering if you can help me setting up EE on my website. I can’t seem to get to the payment page (no matter which gateway I setup). The user details are stored in the backend after they have filled out the form but they get no notification email. The only way to continue the process is to manually go in as admin and click the re-send email for each user.
Here are the things I have done over the last few days to try fix the problem:
Installed the plugin (+ re-installed again)
Setup two different payment gateways (neither work)
Went through each page to ensure that the correct short tags were applied.
It looks like there’s a conflict with the theme. There may be some code from the theme that is breaking the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode content on the confirmation page. Can you try wrapping the shortcode on the registration page with the [raw] short tag?
It will look like this:
[raw][ESPRESSO_EVENTS][/raw]
