My client is having an issue (seems since maybe the last upgrade to 3.1.35.2) where when they make a change to an event and save / update it, they get logged out of the site and must log back in again.

Have you seen this or had this reported before?

Greg

Hi Greg,

This sounds like a plugin conflict issue. Can you try to rule out any plugin conflicts. Deactivate all non Event Espresso plugins and test to see if the issue is still occurring. If it is not, then we know it is a problem with another plugin. You can then find out which plugin it is by reactivating each plugin individually and testing to see if the problem starts happening after the activation. When it occurs after activating a plugin, then we know this is the culprit.

Hi Greg,

This one comes up in the general WP support forums from time to time. Usually clearing the browser’s cache and cookies will help, but there may be something else going on. Here are a few links to threads where it was something else:

Thanks guys. Turns out the users were still using https logins in the admin area even though we had turned that off. Problem solved!
