Hi

This is part of a previous thread, but I’ve opened a new thread because it’s a different issue, and because it’s really urgent.

I activated the check and EFT gateways, however, when a user selects either check or EFT, the thank you page appears as per the screenshot and if they try to navigate away from the page, a pop-up message warns that leaving the page will overwrite their registration.
I just want the page to say thank you and I look forward to receiving your payment.

This is fairly urgent as I’ve just sent out a mail last night and am expecting a few registrations today.
Thanks
Jenny

Hi Jennifer,

If the user does not click the Complete/finalise your registration link then yes that warning will correctly pop up, because their session is still active so if they decided for some reason to register again, it will over write their first registration.

Once that link has been clicked their session is completed and the over write risk is no longer there.

Hi Dean. The user WAS clicking the Complete Registration link and it was still coming up! But then I disabled the option to show pending payments (or something like that) in the Espresso admin options and it is fixed :)
