Our customer has call us telling they are receiving emails from attendees who has registered and paid an event and they don’t appear in the regitered list.
We have checked it and that is true, sometimes a register doesn´t appears in the list, this is an important error, our customer is angry.
Another thing, what’s the difference between the shortcodes [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] and [ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE]. They must be in the same page. We are havig problems with the ok from Point of Sale, when one pay is made the status of the attendee is Pending and we supose that it have to Complete.
It turns out the [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] and [ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE] serve two different purposes. The former will display the payment information after they return from paying (or if they pay on site). The latter doesn’t display anything, but is there to “listen” for instant payment notifications. They really should be placed on two different pages as outlined in our documentation:
