Hi, I am having a problem with the upload image button. Nothing happens when I click on it. I tried deactivating all plugins and also tried on Firefox, Chrome and Explorer. If it is easier, you can just give a line of code to insert an image manually to show only on invoice. That would be fine. Thanks!

Hi Sylvain,

Are you running a current version of Event Espresso?

I see that you have tested with other plugins disabled. Could you also disable all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso and re-test?

Hi Sylvain,

We are currently looking into the cause of the ‘Upload Image’ button not working.

To use an image within the Invoice, you can go to Event Espresso -> Payment Settings. Invoice Payment Settings.

You’ll find ‘Logo URL’

If you input the full URL of the an image your would like to use (upload it through the standard WP Media Upload perhaps) there and save the settings, it will be displayed within the Invoice.

I was able to put my logo on the invoice with your instructions. That’s what I needed most. Solving the button problem is not very important to me. You can leave it as is. Thank you!
