I get this message in my wp plugins admin area: “You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
As far as I know I do have a valid Site License Key… so why am I getting this message? I need to update all my plugins.
What we can do is reset the key for your site. I’ll reset that right now, and what you can do next is go to Event Espresso>General settings on your site and remove the key there and save. Then you can go to your account page and copy then paste the key from the account page into the key field in Event Espresso>General Settings, then save again.
Hi Josh. Thanks for this. I’ve followed your instructions here but now the message I get is: “There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. For EE3+ users, please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key”
The new key is set in my EE General Settings but in my Account at eventexpresso.com it says that my Key is not active.
Thanks very much Dean. That seems to of been the issue. Just upgraded all EE plugins now.
Thanks
