I maintain a website for the Lancair Owners and Builders Organization (LOBO) and I’m considering purchasing Event Espresso to manage our event registration needs. I downloaded the free version of your software and explored the features; I like what I see!

I looked on the support forum to find out what upgrading from the free version entails, but as I’m not yet a paying customer I am not able to view the answers given to the question by your support staff. Can you tell me what process I follow to upgrade?

When you purchase Event Espresso, you will gain access to download the full version. You simply deactivate the free version, upload and activate the paid version. All your existing events and attendees will transfer over automatically.
