I upgraded from personal to business and it seems the new license and plugins are not showing up in my account. Bought it yesterday in the a.m. I am on a time crunch and need to get the ticketing plugin installed, configured and tested before Monday for my client. Is there something I’m missing or can someone at EE please fix this for me. My emails are in the upgrade inbox as well as with Garth for tracking purposes. I’m not sure if he will be online this weekend and can’t afford to wait another 24 hours for a response on this. (He’s been great at helping but we aren’t solving the problem and I’m getting a little anxiety about needing to install it and test it…)
Anything you guys at EE can do for me to get this sorted out would be great…
TT

Thank you Garth! I appreciate everything and look forward to playing with the ticketing portion! Sorry to be a pain but I have a ton of work to do with this and the clock is ticking! lol
