HI Patrizia,

Are you using Event Espresso? You should see the Staff Manager option in the Event Espresso admin menu if you are.

Garth,

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes I am using Event Expresso and I do not see an admin menu. Where is located?

Tara

If you’re using the staff manager there should be a menu item in Event Espresso: http://www.screencast.com/t/aqPKIvWmmIBq and here is the official documentation: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/staff-manager/

What version of EE do you have? These options will only be available for regular versions of Event Espresso (not EE lite/free).

I must be using the lite version because I do not have the staff manager in my listings.

Since I do not have staff manager, how can I update my staff information?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Patrizia,

Can you send us a link to the staff information on your website and I’ll look? You might also have some staff information in your event pages. Can you look in your events from the back-end?

The staff information was updated in August so I know it can be done, I just do not know how. What do you mean by the back-end?

Hi Patrizia,

That information is not managed by Event Espresso. I think it’s probably static HTML or something. You’ll have to contact your webmaster.

Thank you.
