Running Event Espresso – 3.1.36.P Version 3.7.1

Whenever I update the attendee record, the default fields remain in tact, but all the custom fields for the attendee are wiped clean.

Any ideas?

Hi Wes,

We’re looking into a fix for this right now. Thank you for reporting this.

Yes, this has been happening to me also! Hope a fix is on the way soon!

The fix is up. You can go to your Event Espresso>General Settings page and save the options there, then go to your Plugins manager and there will be an update notice for Event Espresso 3.1.36.1.P.

Hi again, Josh,
I’ve done what was suggested, updated the Event Espresso plugin, but I’m still having problems. I’ve even tried to delete then re-create the promo code . . . it’s just not consistently working. Especially if I type a discount code in the box, apply it, then change my mind and decide to use a different discount code. Nothing gets applied. I even tried creating different versions cap/lower case of the same code, thinking it might be case sensitive. I’ve made each of the new codes global, and tried every option in the event setting about what discount codes to include, I can’t get a working fix. Help?

Oops, so sorry, posted this in the wrong forum . . . the custom fields seem to be working fine now :-) I’ll re-post my other comment above in the right place.
