Hello Josh and EE,
I had such a quick resolution on the last issue, I hope this one is just as fast.

I succeeded in getting the new version installed without crashing the site, but now I am not able to select any of the tickets to purchase.

Here is the live page: http://lowcountryhabitat.org/event-registration/
When you click on any of the options, you’re still on the main page.

Ideas?
Eric

Hi Eric,

What is the shortcode on the above linked page? It needs to be [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] for Event Espresso to function correctly.

Josh,
Thanks,
I had used different codes to get the tickets to display in proper order. I need to organize these events by category, so can I still follow these instructions: http://staging.eventespresso.com/forums/2012/05/how-to-change-event-order/ to accomplish that?

Hi Eric,

What you’ll need to do is create a new page to display the list of events. You can hide the main registration page from the navigation menu and use the other page to display the list of events. The [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode runs the entire registration process in addition to initially displaying a list of events.

Thanks Josh,
I created a different page, here: http://lowcountryhabitat.org/high-on-the-hog-2013-registration/

But this page does not allow multiple registrations like the main page does, even though I’ve inserted the “Add to Cart” codes into the event descriptions and disabled the registration form, per the directions in the documentation.

So, the issue is that I need the Friday and Saturday tickets grouped together, but I created the other Registrations after Friday but before Saturday. I changed the EventID in the database, hoping that would sort it out, but they’re still displaying in the order I created them on the Event Registration Page.

Ok, I think I resolved this issue. I was seeing different options because I had already added tickets to the cart.

Really great product you guys have here and thanks for the fast responses.
