Hello. I am interested in the business license of the product but have two questions. I am looking to use the product to register prospective leads for “classes” and would like them to be able to register/unregister and see what all they have taken so far.
Can a User Unregister from an event through the web interface? If yes, then is their a workflow to process refunds as well?
Do logged in user’s have the ability to see “my events” that shows all events that they have attended thus far?

Yes, if the user is logged in they can cancel and event via their Profile or we have a shortcode available to show their events on the front end of the site.
There is no built in system to handle refunds, that needs to be done manually via yourself and the appropriate payment gateway.

As per above yes the Profile/My Events shortcode lists all events they attended.
There are two things you need to know. One, if the user cancels an event it is deleted it is not retained at all. Two, Event Espresso does not handle site registration, you will need to use the default WordPress system or a third party plugin such as S2Member.
Let me know if you have more questions or need clarification on anything.
