So my client’s registration form is up and running and all is working perfectly well. No complaints. Great plugin. But. There’s an odd registration that is showing up like this in the list:
Drilling down into the payment details, we find: This is odd, because there is no free option! Finally, we can see that this flows all the way through this registration, since the Ticket Prices on the record shows: No payment has been received via Paypal, and everything else in the registration looks fine. You can also see from the first screen-shot that other incomplete, pending and completed registrations behave as expected. As per a few similar threads, I can confirm that group registrations are not enabled for this event and default payment is set to incomplete. Any thoughts about how to fix her registration to show as incomplete? More importantly, any ideas why this happened? I’d like to reassure my client that this won’t happen again, but if I don’t know what caused it, I can’t make that promise. Thanks! | |
I think it will be a lot easier and faster to get to the bottom of the problem if we can take a look at the database entries directly. Please fill out the form here. | |

Hi David, I may not have gotten your latest email response unless you had cc’ed support. Sidney did want to know if anyone had been making any changes to the prices on March 7th around 3:30pm. This could happen if the reg form was in the middle of being filled out and prices were being modified by an admin. | |
