Hi,

I’m trying to export all attendees from Event Express0 there are around 12,000 or so attendees. Clicking on ‘Export All Attendee Data’ the .xls file only contains around 6000 attendees. How do I export the full attendee data, or perhaps is there a process for doing this without having to go into each of the 80 events and exporting them individually?

Thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,

It may be a case where the older records are filtered out. You should be able to pull in all of the records by following these steps:

1) Filter the event status so it displays All (active/inactive) events
2) Then on the next line you can select “All” rows from the database
3) Then click Retrieve.

The other possibility is it may be hitting a query cap or the server is hitting a memory limit. In that case, you may be able to use a tool like PHPmyadmin and do an export of the _events_attendee_table.
