unable to automatically update plugin

Hello,

I realised that I am unable to automatically update the plugin. I was prompted “There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.36.1.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I have not entered a license key on my development site. The main site stated on the EE user account is correct, and I entered the correct license key onto wordpress. What has went wrong? Could it be that the “www.” be taken out from my license?

Hi there,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
