Hi …
The system has been working great … thank you! … however our registrants are starting to update their details and we have two issues:

(1) When part of a group the person updating their details has access to the details for all registrants

(2) After the registrant has updated their details they are asked to pay again.

Can you please advise if there is a fix for these two issues?

thank you!
Belinda

Hello Belinda,

Thanks for your valuable feedback.

Whilst this isn’t a bug as such I do see the miss-use potential here.

I will put this to the developers to look for an alternative method for handling this.

Hi Dean …

I appreciate that these two items are not ‘bugs’ but is there are way to prevent the system asking for payment again?

… I’m starting to get emails about this from concerned registrants.

Belinda

Hi Belinda,

I have raised the issue in the developer ticketing system, as there was no workaround I could see/think of yesterday when I looked at the problem. We will need to await a developer response in respect to this, so please bear with us.

Thanks Dean.
I’ve been thinking about it again, and on second thoughts I believe the second issue is a bug, particularly as we are now receiving concerned emails from our registrants about having to pay twice.
Any and all help appreciated!
Thanks!
Belinda

Hi Belinda,

There isn’t a workaround or temporary fix for this situation. I have raised the appropriate tickets for a developer to look into the matter though.
