On http://nanba.com/wordpress/?page_id=5769 if you click Test Event from the Calendar, you will be taken to http://nanba.com/wordpress/?page_id=6233&regevent_action=register&event_id=1.

The link shows details, but no Registration form (desired), and no Shopping Cart (NOT DESIRED). Hence, an event where you have nowhere else to go. Remove &regevent_action=register and the page renders correctly.

This problem seems systemic. Is there a workaround? Or Fix on the way?

Hi,

Absolutely there is a solution, check out this documentation http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/multiple-events-registration-use-add-to-cart-link-instead-of-default-registration-form/

Basically you add a shortcode to each event (or to the template to automate the process) and it will add the Add to Cart link.

That’s a workaround, but you still need to fix the problem.

Now, my next problem. When I click on “Enter Attendee Information”, I get no checkout form. The dest page is http://nanba.com/wordpress/?page_id=6233&regevent_action=load_checkout_page

The event is set for:
Group Registration: Yes
Additional Attendee Info: Full Registration

It’s really important to get this working.

Hi there,

The calendar is designed to link to individual event pages, so while I can see that you think this is a problem that needs to be fixed, I can assure you that it is working as expected.

I checked your site and went to the main registration page first:

http://nanba.com/wordpress/?page_id=6233

added the Test Event to the cart and selected a quantity:

then I clicked “Enter Attendee Information” and the next page had a attendee information form:

After submitting the test attendee info, it took me to a payment page:

So everything is working as expected from our end. If you’re seeing something else, can you go to supportdetails.com and post your browser’s details so we can investigate further?
