Hi, we’ve purchased the REM, but can’t seem to find where to download it to install it. So much of your documentation runs in circular links and eventualyl goes to your generic support pages.

Even the REM wiki page doesn’t have any information:

How do you actually install/enable REM?

All plugin downloads should be in the section labeled ‘Downloads’ on your account page.

And where do I install these files to? Can’t see that anywhere obvious. Does it go in as a seperate WP plugin? Or do I copy this into one of teh event-espresso folders?

It gets installed just like any other WordPress plugin.
