Trying to resolve problem with Authorize.net

Wordpress 3.6, EE 3.1.34P, recently upgraded, http://www.skatingacademy.org/register.
We’re having a problem with authorize.net which I believe has something to do with the relay response timing out. We’re talking with their tech support who are asking for info I don’t know how to get my hands on. Can you please help?
Integration method between authorize.net and EE – I believe this is SIM?
Shopping Cart version.
Inscripting language used to write shopping code or payment software.

It will be either SIM or AIM. If the credit card details get entered on your site, that’s AIM. If the credit card details get entered at Authorize.net, that’s SIM>

I’m not sure what is meant by “Shopping Cart Version”. If it’s the Transaction Version they are looking for Event Espresso uses 3.1 with AIM and 3.0 with SIM.

The scripting language that WordPress and Event Espresso uses is PHP.
