Hello. I set up a .25 cent test event. I’ve had several people register. Their accounts show .25 gone, PayPal shows .25 for each — but in EE transactions say incomplete and no confirmation email has been sent…

I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the BulletProof Security Plugin I’ve installed. I got hacked recently so I need good security…?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

You might not have IPN notifications set to be sent in your Paypal account. Also check and make sure that the Event Espresso Transactions page is public and visible. You can also sign up for a sandbox account at sandbox.paypal.com, which will give you access to the IPN simulator, which you can use to send IPN messages to your site to confirm that EE is able to receive the IPN messages.

hmm… I’m looking at IPN stuff… do you have to have a unique domain? We have paypal donate on our main page — and I”m using EE for a differnt/related event website.
