Hi,

I have a EE4.1.2 and I have been trying to translate it to Spanish (es_ES).

I have modified the .po file with Poedit and uploading the .po and .mo files to both uploads/event-espresso/languages and event espresso core/languages.

As well, there is an empty index.php file. And my wpconfig.php is set to es_ES

Some strings like “Please note that a maximum of…” are not translated even though I translated them in the .po file with Poedit.

You can see an example here

Hi Cristhian, I setup Spanish as the language on a test site and I can see that some items are being translated while others are not. This is because the translation is currently in progress:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/glotpress/projects/event-espresso-4/es/event-espresso-es_ES

Did you download the correct version for EE4?

Also have you considered becoming a translator for Event Espresso? If so, please submit the form at the end of this page: http://staging.eventespresso.com/features/languages/#form

I will send the translation after I finished the job, but, because it’s urgent, I must need to have it translated and working ASAP

It still doesn’t work, there is no way to translate it properly.
