I have a personal license, which I will be transferring to my client cause I am working on his website. What do I have to do to get it in his name just change the account settings? URL will change as well.

You could change the info in the account settings. You may need to get a reset to change the license key over to the other URL.

Hi Kirk,

How are you? Good to see you in the forums :)

I have reset the license key assigned to your account. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Seth, I’m doing great. I appreciate you asking. I see the license key is the same sequence of alphanumerics. None the less, I re-copy pasted and saved options again and updated. I am getting this message now “An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Download failed. Service Unavailable.” I Googled for it but couldn’t find a post on it.

Hi Kirk,

Are there any copies of older versions of Event Espresso in the plugins directory? See this post for more auto-update troubleshooting tips: http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/plugin-auto-update-tips/

Josh,

I’ve checked it again and again.
I have Event Espresso Version 3.1.24.P
Event Espresso – Calendar Version 2.0.2
Event Espresso – MailChimp Integration Version 1.0.3
Event Espresso – Recurring Events Version 1.1.6
Event Espresso – Social Media Version 1.1.3

I even deleted EE ssl/https even though it seems to have not had an update since version 1.0.

Still no luck.
