Hi Nelson,

1. How do I transfer registration for one person to another?

Not 100% sure what you mean by this, but guessing you mean if Bob registers but then decides he isn’t going so wants Sue to go in his place, then you would have to edit that attendee and change the name and other details over.

2. How do I transfer registration for attendee to a different event?

We have a beta release plugin for that, http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/attendee-re-assignment-addon/. It’s available from the Pre Release section of your account page, here’s a guide on how to access that http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/pre-release-channel-guide/

3. How do I refund an attendee for a cancellation?

Refunds need to be done via your payment gateway directly. Event Espresso has no refund feature.

4. How can I edit amount to pay for an event?

Again, not so sure what you mean here, I assume it’s the amount an individual attendee needs to pay? If so, then you can of course edit the ticket price in the event. Or if you have added the attendee manually, you can set the ticket price when adding them.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.
